Depending on your location, we'll fulfil your order at the closest fulfilment facility (USA, EU, UK or Australia). Please note, depending on your country, there might be additional customs fees upon delivery.

Fulfilment takes 2-3 business days on average. Average delivery times:

You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships. If your order consists of multiple items, they might arrive separately. So don't panic; it's warehouse logic, not a glitch in the Matrix.

Need to change your size or address? Hit us up ASAP. If we’ve already started fulfillment, you’ll have to live with your mistakes like an adult.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked (okay, maybe one “why tho?”).

Just make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and doesn’t smell like gym socks left in your backpack since 2006.

You’ll need to cover return shipping and send it to the address on your packing slip. Always contact us before sending anything back.

--> Only non-chlorine bleach if needed, do not use fabric softener, do not dry clean

--> Cool iron inside out if necessary, never iron the decoration
