Returns & Exchanges
Because if you’re not happy, what’s the point?
We want you to be a customer for life—not just a one-time checkout. That means we take returns and exchanges seriously. If something’s off, we’ll fix it.
How It Works
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to let us know if something’s wrong. Just send us an email first—don’t ship anything back without talking to us. We have multiple fulfilment facilities, therefore, we will provide you with address that's closest to you so, hopefully, you don't break the bank sending back your item/s.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and not smell like gym socks from your PE locker in 2004
- Return shipping is on you (sorry—we’re not Bezos)
- You’ll be returning it to the closest fulfillment center (USA, EU, or UK)
Once we get it back and approve it, we’ll refund your original payment method.
Heads up: We don’t refund original shipping costs.
Sizing Issues
Not the fit you expected? Let’s fix that.
Check our size charts before ordering (they’re above the size selector on every product page).
Still not right? Contact us within 30 days of ordering and we’ll get you hooked up with the right size. You’ll cover the return shipping, but we’ll ship your exchange back free of charge. Be aware that we cannot issue an exchange item before we haven't received back your original item/s. Returns usually take some time so you'll need to be patient, my friend.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
We work with printing partners who are generally legends but sometimes, stuff happens. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, off-center, stained, or cursed by a tech deck gremlin, we’ll replace it. Free of charge. No returns needed.
You just need to:

Include a photo of the problem

Wait until we confirm the damage and reship a replacement
Shipping Returns
You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or we sent you the wrong thing.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, lost returns are a bummer for everyone.
